Useful MAC programs!
So I decided to make a small list of Mac programs since I've already made a PC one.
Boot Camp: This is possibly the most powerful program a Mac can have. This baby will let you run Windows. Cheers!
Clam Xav /// Intego Virus Barrier: ANTI VIRUS. If you're one of many who think Macs are immune to viral activity, I feel so damn sorry for you. The FACT is Macs are susceptible to viruses. If you don't believe me, GTFO!
Colloquy: IRC. Need I say more?
Namely: I, like many people, dislike Mac's folder system. It sucks. Balls. So instead of flipping through the folders, I just search for whatever I want. Use the short cut to enable Namely search, type in whatever you want, boom. Simple.
OnYx: Your Mac slowing your life down? Is it taking forever to boot up and/or launch a program? You probably have too much junk. Use this. Every week. Make your Mac happy.
Perian: The Combined Community Codec of Mac. If you have trouble watching .asf .mkv .mpg etc..., then you need this. IT WILL SAVE YOUR LIFE! NO JOKE. CAPS MEAN IT'S TRUE.
Roxio Burn/Roxio Toast: Heard of ImgBurn or Nero? Yes, these are the Mac equivalents but actually better. Damn jolly good.
Service Scrubber: Run this once a month.
Sizzling Keys: For iTunes fans. Use keyboard shortcuts to navigate playlist or whatever without having to leave your current window.
smcFanControl: Don't let your Mac overheat! Don't let your $650 go to waste! Use this all the time.
Transmission: If you really dislike uTorrent, for whatever awful reason, you can try this Mac compatible bitorrent program. It's quite an elegant program really.
Vienna RSS: For the Facebook-er, Myspace-er, the lurkers, and subscribers to faux news, this is for you.
Want more? Go Here. Top 100 Mac Apps - Chris Pirillo
I need not tell you to use these programs at your own risk. Read EVERYTHING before deploying these programs. Some will f*ck your computer even though it's designed for good simply because you failed to do adequate research.

Useful programs to have on your computah!
Ashampoo WinOptimizer 6: Similar to System Mechanic but won't jack up your sh*t. And it's FREE. Go get it! *Also try CCleaner if you're too slow and couldn't get this for free. Just as good.
Combined Community Codec Pack: Can't watch those .mkv .avi .mpeg .asf .mp4, etc... files of pr0n you downloaded? You need this. It even comes of Windows Media Player Classic.
ImgBurn: You never know when you want to "backup" your Madden 11 onto a dual layer DVD or "backup" that Bluray movie/game.
NOD32 AV: Solid AV program. I've used almost all the antivirus programs out there including Norton AV/security suite, McAfee, AVG, Kaspersky, Avast, and Symantec, and NOD32 blows all these out of the water.
Why? NOD32 doesn't hog system resources like Symantec or Norton (POS had a few memory leaks which started to drain my memory of 600megs) or label your special files as viral (check Kaspersky, McAfee...). It's quite user friendly (by user friendly I mean noob friendly). Constant definition updates though nothing can protect your from zero day baddies.
Peerblock: Do you torrent? Might want to look into this. It won't completely protect you from prying eyes but it'll at least stop the boogey man from scaring away your PC.
Skype: Call your friends. Live chat with them. Send free text messages. Seriously, why are you even paying for texting?
Utorrent: Clean. Simple. Does what it's suppose to do which is to torrent. If you want a million addons and miscellaneous wares, get Vuze, Azureus 8.0.
***
Decaf: If you don't know what this is, you don't need it.
Truecrypt: If you don't know what this is, you don't need it.
***
For Firefox users, Foxyproxy is very useful.

Daily Humor (I think)
The Frogs in the Pit
Author unknown
A group of frogs were traveling through the woods, and two of them fell into a deep pit. All the other frogs gathered around the pit. When they saw how deep the pit was, they told the unfortunate frogs they would never get out.
The two frogs ignored the comments and tried to jump up out of the pit. The other frogs kept telling them to stop, that they were as good as dead.
Finally, one of the frogs took heed to what the other frogs were saying and simply gave up. He fell down and died.
The other frog continued to jump as hard as he could.
Once again, the crowd of frogs yelled at him to stop the pain and suffering and just die. He jumped even harder and finally made it out.
When he got out, the other frogs asked him, "Why did you continue jumping? Didn't you hear us?"
The frog explained to them that he was deaf. He thought they were encouraging and cheering him on him the entire time.
The frog asked, "That is what you were doing? Right?"

The Locusts Have Run Rampant Greed Frothing from their Mouth
My b.rothers. Heed my call and hear me; lend me your ears! Our precious and limited resource has been jeopardized by the taint of the greenhorns and their lust for grass; the grass we slaved ourselves to nourish and grow. Though I dare not presume to declare it our grass, we have devoted far too much energy into its life to allow it trampled upon and its source destroyed by the greenhorns' ignorance and stupidity!
The greenhorns have invaded our motherland through her myriad chan.nels and have b.rought with them their primitive and undeveloped minds. They incessantly bombard and solicit for visas in the b.ossoms of our motherland. They seek to join our order with their eyes of upon the bountiful field of green only to carry with them the diseases and ticks and the wolves and parasites that will eventually destroy our beautiful creation. We CANNOT allow this to continue!
Brothers, I ask you to spread the message; to educated the headless masses! Educate them of their wrongs. Educate them of their ignorance. But most importantly, educate them of their destructive actions. What they are doing will not only hurt them but will also hurt us. However, we will open our arms and bring them into the order. But ONLY if they cease what they are doing immediately and follow our path and guidance into our green pastures.
With our weapon, the E.F. Ganon, we will sink one fang into the heart of the beast that is the greenhorns and rid them of their livelihood once and for all! B.rothers, don't fail us now!
P.S. E.F. Ganon only has one fang.

The Camel and the Bear
There once was a hungry bear who bragged about how fast he could eat. Tired of hearing him boast, Fat and Turdy, the camel, challenged him to a feast.
All the animals in the mountains gathered to watch. In the mountains.
Bear gobbled down the table for a while and then and paused to rest.
He looked at Slow and Steady and cried out, "How do you expect to win this race when you are eating at your slow, slow pace?"
Bear stretched himself out alongside the chair and fell asleep, thinking, "There is plenty of time to relax."
Fat and Turdy ate and ate. He never, ever stopped until he came to the end of the table.
The animals who were watching cheered so loudly for Camel, they woke up Bear.
Bear stretched and yawned and began to eat again, but it was too late. Camel finished the feast.
After that, Bear always reminded himself, "Don't brag that you're a hungry beast, for Slow and Steady won the feast!"

Words
In the abyss lies an ocean full of turbulence; its waves swelling; crashing into the foremost regions of their psyche. In its wake lay the corpses of the dying breed. With no sense of self nor sense of awareness, they shall forever remain at its mercy.
